Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) partner with individuals, families, Support Coordinators, residential providers, schools, employers, and community agencies throughout Virginia to develop practical, evidence-based behavioral solutions that promote independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Whether services are delivered in the home, residential setting, workplace, community, or through secure telehealth, our focus remains the same—helping individuals succeed in the environments that matter most.

How It Works
Submit a Referral
Families, Support Coordinators, physicians, residential providers, schools, or community partners can complete our referral form online or contact us directly.
Review
Our team reviews the referral, funding source, and supporting documentation to determine service eligibility and discuss next steps.
Behavioral Assessment
A BCBA completes a comprehensive assessment to identify strengths, support needs, environmental factors, and behavioral goals.
Individualized Behavior Support Plan
Using assessment findings, we develop a personalized Behavior Support Plan with practical recommendations, measurable goals, caregiver training, and data collection tools.
Ongoing Consultation
Your BCBA provides continued consultation, coaching, progress monitoring, and collaboration with everyone involved in supporting the individual.

Virginia Medicaid Community Living (CL) Waiver
